About Tricia...

Tricia is passionate about turning the users' story into innovative products and delightful designs. She has extensive experience leading cross-functional groups and delivering insight-driven strategic guidance. Prior to founding jUXtworks, Tricia contributed to several successful global redesigns at eBay including: eBay Motors, the eBay Help/Contact Us system, and the eBay View Item Page. While at Move, Inc., Tricia was responsible for developing and evaluating insight-driven business plans, product integration strategies, intuitive IA structures, and interaction experiences for their suite of websites.

Tricia has conducted user and market research exploring consumer behavior, cultural differences, and Internet usage in over 10 markets - helping companies understand potential threats, identify opportunities, and align website organization and design with the mind of their customers.

A little more about Tricia...

As an NRSA Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University Tricia's research explored ways in which social situations control thinking, learning, and behavior. She has extensively studied and wrote about how memory and learning strategies translate into real world behavior.

Tricia has published over 30 journal articles and book chapters. The American Scientist, The Economist, and National Geographic have all covered her innovative research that challenges human-centered theories explaining "cognitive" phenomenon.
